- A copy of the student’s birth certificate.
- Previous academic records or report cards.
- A letter of reference or character letter from the applicant’s former school (teacher or administration).
- Complete medical form: immunization records, and medical documentation for any prescription medications, inhalers, and EpiPens.
- Any official reports for learning disabilities, ADD/ADHD, Autism, or any unique needs.
- Any additional documents requested by the admissions office.

Important Dates
Admissions are ongoing throughout the year. However, it is preferred for students to start at the beginning of a term, typically in September or February. Early applications are encouraged, especially for our PreK and Kindergarten classes, which fill up quickly due to small class sizes. Our high school program requires progression through our middle school to prepare for the rigor of our US and Canadian partner schools. Therefore, admission to our high school program is more challenging for students who are not part of our younger program.
