Fish Tandoori

Description

Tandoori fish is nothing but whole fish marinated in yogurt and spice lemon marinate which is then grilled to smoky and charred. The charred texture add so much flavor into the fish. I used simple marination like chilli powder, cumin, turmeric, chaat masala, tandoori masala, lemon and yogurt. It was super delicious. One of the most common dishes at seafood restaurants across Mumbai will always include Tandoori Pomfret. Pomfret was the preferred choice fish when I grew in the city. A flat fish, delicate and flaky which takes to the marinade and charred Smokey tandoor flavors really well.
